Outdoor Ecotherapy Supervision Group

Space to come together in the beautiful outdoors, build community, earn supervision hours, engage in anti oppressive work, explore themes our clients are bringing about the climate crisis, and find ways to be part of a response as therapists to the earth crisis of our time.

Begin our time with a land acknowledgment while touching earth. Gather together alongside the river, explore what we vision with our time together, invite the earth’s needs to speak through us. Integrate experiential exercises that we can take turns leading, explore invitations into social justice, anti oppressive, and decolonizing work. Together explore ethics, how we can apply earth connective practices into your own practice, discuss our clinical work, themes our clients bring about climate concerns, dig into safe and effective use of self, and who we are as humans in this time.

When: Thursdays June 13, June 27, July 18 & July 25 from 9:30-12:30

Cost: $97.35/ hour, for 12 hours of supervision with tax = $1,320

Where: Gather together at a park in Flamborough (outside of Guelph, Ancaster, Hamilton, Burlington, Cambridge & beyond)

Walk together through forest canopy, attune to birdsong, sit alongside meandering rivers as a place to integrate the voice of Mother Earth into our clinical supervision conversations.
